Reporting: GUN DARR Devision Head Darken Millenium
Time: 2140 hours
Location: Site 2 GUN officiate facility, Glasby
Premise: Energy Disturbance in forested area between Glasby and Fenris City detected at 0810 hours
Begin Report:
Head Researcher: At 0810 hours, an independent ARD energy signature was detected 24km out from the Glasby City south radar. It was detected in the form of a hyperbolic pulse with a curvature of 1 degree, 48 minutes, 12 seconds. With this information, as well as my own testimonial that the ARD signature will originate from a single point in space, we were able to determine its exact distance from the Glasby south radar. A team was dispatched immediately. Head Researcher Darken Millenium, escorted by 2 DARR disclosed officers and 4 non-disclosed soldiers was sent in a convoy of 3 all-terrain military jeeps to follow the off-road tracks towards the estimated location.
Preparation for GUN armed forces intervention had been made underway and was awaiting orders for assignment. This is due to the speculation that this hyperbolic pulse could have been similar to that as experienced during the first DARR incident in the Fenris City. At 0840 hours the lead of the convoy spotted a tree that had been felled and was emitting a notable amount of steam, only a hundred meters from the off-road track, well within the estimated origin location. At this point, the Head Researcher warned the DARR division site 1 that this was likely a match to the signature emitted by the first ARD energy appearance 3 years ago. Under Section 2, part 1, division 5, subdivision A through G, awaiting military units were informed to mount transports and begin preparations for hostilities. However upon examination of the felled tree, a individual was indeed found.
Cross examining the individual confirms that they did indeed enter this world from another dimension. Full profile of the individual, who from henceforth will be referred to as the witness will be available to all members of the DARR disclosure by the end of the week. The witness was not hostile and did not make any attempts to harm themselves, their environment, the Head Researcher, or military Escort. Soldiers were commanded to stand down and the witness agreed to attend the Head Researcher for questioning at site 2.
Upon reaching site 2, the witnesses belongings were scanned and x-rayed. According to the witness, their own biology was supposedly that of the standard Mobian biology, and while their technology surpassed that of current GUN engineering, their government system was much more corrupt. The witness expressed their own surprise at their appearance in this world and did not express any manner of knowledge on the ARD energy form.
The military units awaiting order were instructed to unarm and return to duty. However examination of the witness did raise cause for alarm. The witness claimed to have seen what appeared to be some form of nuclear weapon making contact with a ground zero in their home dimension before they themselves were transported here. This raised concern that other dimensions are researching and weaponizing ARD energy and may be able to cause further ARD anomalies within other dimensions or wage inter dimensional war. As of yet, the witness has not expressed any knowledge of any government having such technology in development and there have not been any more anomalies or pulses of a similar nature up to and during the recording of this report. The witness did not display any sort of residual ARD presence on his body such as the dust manifestation within the Fenris second perimeter or the ARD dependency conversion such as the individuals responsible for the collapse of the Fenris City.
Additionally, on initial tests, the witness did not seem to exhibit any sort of sign of biological alteration as a result of the ARD energy exposure such as that of the subtle influence seen within the Fenris first perimeter. No anomalies were detected on the testing of the witness and any questionable traitors were explained appropriately as having occurred before the event by the witness.
After these tests and a testimonial were written and completed, the witness was determined unrelated to the actual ARD event. However they had been made known and included in the DARR disclosure as executive decision of Head Researcher and both of the involved DARR officers who had accompanied the Head Researcher to the location of the event. After the matter, this decision would have been overturned by the board of directors, and under Section 2, part 7 division 2 subdivision C, the witness would have been terminated by electric shock. Thankfully, due to the DARR GUN personal association explanation, members of the Nuclear arms office contacted the Head Researcher under the presumption he’d be able to assist in matters of a potentially national threat.
This postponed post-interrogation procedures and as such the order to have the witness terminated was unable to be given. The Head Researcher, along with the assistance of the witness handled the matter, which swayed the board to agree against the order and the witness was allowed to integrate into society. All of their belongings were documented under the Interdimensional Technology Division for future reference and then returned to the witness. It was determined that one single individual with no personal history on mobius as of yet would be able to effectively distribute information included in the DARR disclosure agreement, this is why the decision was overturned.
As of now, I- the Head Researcher - has collected samples from in and around the immediate radius of the initial event, although it’s possible that all residual ARD presence has since dissolved, and is undergoing investigation into what events preceded the event on this side of the anomaly.
